Oreo Cheesecake

Hello,

So i just wanted to post about my one true love … cheesecake of course!

I have made Christmas dessert for the past few years and i have really kick started my love for baking. It’s not something i do too often due to time constraints but i do hope to do more of it this coming year and improve my skills.

So this Christmas i made an Oreo Cheesecake courtesy of Jane’s Patisserie. She does do the most glorious cheesecake recipes. If your new to making cheesecakes her recipes are really easy to follow and are the most luscious Cheesecakes ever.

Below is how her Oreo cheesecake turned out. Its calorific, but is certainly worth it for the taste.

This post is basically just a rave about the above dessert. However, i would definitely encourage making something from Jane’s Patisserie.
